The NYX Sports Vision System (SVS) is designed to span the wide variety of conditions that sportsmen face.... that being brightness and contrast. Brightness is the property of light which makes you squint and is controlled by varying the total amount of light being allowed through the lens. Contrast is the property of light which allows you to differentiate colors and focus on an object. This is controlled by varying the amount and type of color allowed through the lens.

Each polycarbonate lens meets or exceeds the ANSI Z80.1 requirements for impact resistances. They are coated with a scratch resistant material and also blocks 100% of the harmful UV light rays. Each are carefully crafted utilizing a 6 base lens curvature, which closely matches the actual curvature of the eye. This important step eliminates virtually all distortion properties across the normal viewing range, and makes this system the best all-around package in today's marketplace. The three lens packages are designed around these particular factors and include specific lenses to give the sportsmen the maximum effects for his/her enjoyment. They can even be adapted to have prescriptions for those sports enthusiasts who need corrective vision lenses. This unique rimless prescription system known as intraSPX™ Prescription Insert System can be interchanged between any of the polycarbonate lenses and used accordingly against prevailing weather conditions or facility backgrounds. It is the thinnest, lightest sport optical insert system in existence in single vision or bi-focal format, and can be supplied in either hard coated plastic or hard coated polycarbonate material. The frame is made from Grilamid TR-90. This nylon 12 derivative represents the best combination of strength and flexibility available in a lightweight frame. The material used for both the nosepiece and ear pieces are designed to keep the glasses from slipping, even in sweaty conditions.

Packages come in Single, Standard or Selective kits and include canvas storage case (can hold up to 5 lenses), nosepiece(s), poly-cloth cleaning bag, frame and lens(es). Additional lenses, frames and cases can be purchased separately.
